Ok I assume that you must have gone through various causes of getting angry...but see many times professional help is needed for accurate assessment as we lose objectivity while evaluating ourselves...Try to look for any ongoing stressors and try to solve them.... Exercise regular meals and sleep well...Yoga does help.. Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case if problem continues..ok
