Recently i have taken the blood test. Hemoglobin levels 9.8. I'm feeling weak. How to take iron folate tablets, how often should i take it

Iron folic is go to treatment for many cases of anemia but not all.Also the cause for anemia needs to be figured out. I'm presuming that you have consulted your physician before taking iron folic acid tab.
Take it OD after 1 hr of meal
Avoid milk or calcium with iron tablet (you can take few hours later)
