I have undergone surgery for perianal abscess 2 months before. There is still a little discharge everyday. MRI scan says I have developed intrasprinchteric perianal fistula grade 1. Please suggest what should I do? How long will it take to heal completely? Diet ? Precautions? I had to travel to UK shortly but because of this, I am postponing it. If I undergo surgery, Will it reccur again ?
