Anaemic with low iron

My hb is 10.5 and my ferritin(iron) level is 24. I feel extremely tired everytime and unable to do anything. I have purchased feritin xt 100 mg tablets. What is the usage of this tablet. I have to travel next week and neeed immediate results. And I have low metabolism and constipated. Thanks
