U fertility is very very low according to this MAH value. It can leads to premature ovarian failure and you will have no Follicles sooner. So go for further management for pregnancy

You don't have much time. You should try to conceive soon (maybe by IVF) because your stock of ovarian follicles is very low. Otherwise you may have to depend on donor ovum.
