Ameloblastoma is a benign tumor, locally aggressive and a high recurrence rate. There are two ways to treat radical surgery i.e segmental resection and conservative approach i.e enucleation with bone curettage. Most of the time with conservative approach there is a high recurrence rate. It would be good if you could mention the earlier treatment done. If you could post x-rays before your first surgery, after surgery and the one taken recently would give you a very valued second opinion.
