To put the record straight You should have had your periods on 28 February/ 1 March The period ended on 4 March. You had sex on 6 March. You took I pill on 6 March You had bleeding on 12 March. This happened about 6 days after you took i pill. So it should be withdrawal bleeding. There is no chance of pregnancy if you have your periods on 1 March and have intercourse on 6 March.

These symptoms can be because of ipill but we cannot be very sure about the pregnancy, you need to check for the pregnancy if you miss your periods.
