Am I depressed?

I have been suffering from mental+ health challenges from very long time. Until I discovered my symptoms are very similar to depression and psychiatric related, I was quite skeptic. I have lot of pain/ tired Ness in the neck, shoulder and upper back region. Everyday I feel very low and wake from the bed is a huge task. I took therapies like past life, regression and hypnosis but their perspective is all these suffering is bcoz of my previous life's karma. I don't know or prove if they were right. I then went on to do meditation / yoga/ exercise but it is not easy doing them consistently. I become lazy after sometime and stop doing it as I see no results. I don't understand who can solve me issues. I have developed some mental thoughts as well like, fearing all the time, facing people is issue, inferiority complex, no open talk, heart feels heavy. Higher confidence (on force) sometimes and lower sometimes. I feel sad for no reason. However I am self motivated and able to control negati

Hi, you need to have a conversation with a mental health professional. are you on medication currently? symptoms are indicative of dysthymia/depression talk about this in detail with a mental health professional to resolve consult with me or any psychologist for therapy & counseling connect with me through app all the best

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
