Hi No issues you can take wild fish or sea fish as it's high in omega 3 fatty acids I,e good fats..and it doesn't effect you in any way...but do consume in moderation... Thankyou Thankyou

Hi, Fish which is fresh and locally available are high in omega-3 fatty acid which is an essential fat. This needs to be consumed as it helps the infant improve their levels for cognitive and behavioural growth. Consume 100g 2-3 times/ week. Also stitches are taken care in the first 2-3 months post which even exercise can be started.
