Hello
If you are having deficiency in B12 & vitamin D then you can take supplements for 6 weeks.
But try to take balanced diet which will fulfill all your nutrients needs. For that take low fat milk and milk products, curds, sprouts, lentils and pulses, green leafy vegetables and fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Go for walk after sunrise for at least 30 minutes to get vitamin D naturally.
Don't find short cut to good health as there isn't any.
Supplements taken for long periods of time can cause toxicity.
Next Steps
Its better to consult directly and take individualized diet plan.
Being a vegetarian is good.

Thankyou!
I would suggest you can take milk and milk products and fermented foods they provide us with vitamin B12. For vitamin D3 without knowing the deficency status either it is severe , moderate or mild . I cant suggest supplement dosage. What you can do is to have daily exposure to sunlight for 10 to 15 minutes for vitamin D synthesis . Especially between if possible between 10 Am to 3Pm..Make it sure you have adequate intake of calcium also. Good source of calcium are milk and milk products ts , sesame seeds, whole legumes
.At the end I would suggest to eat a healthy balanced nutritious diet planned by qualified clinical dietician considering your body weight, height, age, food availability, affordability, accessibility, digetability, biochemical parameters.
Health Tips
I would suggest take a consultation from physician for appropriate dosage of supplement to take as per biochemical parameters levels indication...
Hi,
Adding rich sources of B -12 like curd, fermented & fortified foods in your diet would help. For Vit D 3 add milk n milk products, mushrooms, soya & soya products in your diet. Take regular sunlight for atleast half hour daily for sure.
For the quality & quantity of supplements kindly consult a physician.
