Father had the Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia, drinking problem. he is aged 67 and adamant not to see any doctor. what to do

take him to a clinic rather than a bigger hospital as the crowd and noise in the latter may frighten and upset him even more. meet the doctor in person alone before you take your father, and discuss the signs and symptoms with the doctor beforehand so you can save on time when you go with your father.
