Always felling tired,

While i am playing badminton or any game,  i am getting pain in knee and back, always feeling tired . As i am working from home, not doing much movement , i am genrally working 9 to 13 hours . After taking gap of some days i am getting relif from pain.

with advancing age and WFH you are prone to vitamin deficiencies. The pain can also be muscular due to playing and prolonged sitting in wrong posture.Need to assess further to give proper treatment.

Hello Sir, do you play these games on a daily basis? If yes, the pain will gradually then go away as your body gets habituated to it.
