Hello. I get headaches at high altitudes. So should I consider going to Leh Ladakh? Should I take any medications before going and over there? Thank you.

Hi .If you experience headache at higher altitude ,then going to Leh Ladakh can precipitate the symptoms.This happens due high altitude sickness.Need to start some prophylactic medication to help prevent these episode again.
