Altitude sickness at low altitude

I just came from a high altitude trip. I am at lower altitude but still having symptoms like dizziness, blocked ears, and lightheadedness. Is it pretty common? How to get relief from them immediately

Tab.Vertin 16mg thrice daily 8am-2pm-10pm for 2 days then sos if needed. Drink plenty of lukewarm water 🌊 Ors sachet for rehydration . Nothing much to worry.
