3 months back i had an alopecia areata patch on back of my head which got filled in. Now after shaving i found this small little sparse patch. Is this another patch of alopecia areata. Marked in photo

Yes, it does look like early shedding. However sometimes these don't become complete alopecic patches, they resolve spontaneously. If that's the only patch and is stable, and no complaints of hair fall on pulling that part of the hair, you can wait and watch. If there are multiple areas like that or you have hair loss, I would suggestion you get a consulate.
