Allergy to food

Hi all, I feel I am allergic to some food which i was taking regular since my childhood.becoz of this i started avoiding foods like tomatos , sour taste foods and seafoods. Is it possible person can become suddenly allergic to foods like milk , nuts, wheat , lactose, gluten and seafoods ? My ige level is 300 . Thanks

Sudden allergic reaction to specific food is unlikely, may be you were allergic to those since childhood which you didn't notice that time. Ige level can vary even when you have allergy to dust, pollens, it's not specifically for food.
