Allergic rhinitis is usually controlable with mild steroid nasal sprays. These act only locally and have very limited systemic absorption, making them very safe, even for long term use. Anti-allergy tablets (like cetrizine that you have used) also supplement the treatment. It is best that you visit a qualified ENT specialist near you for prescription of appropriate nasal spray.
