My son is having some allergic reactions since today morning. I have uploaded the picture of the allergic area. Please guide whether it will solve automatically or what should I do for cure or to avoid these things in future.

Hi This seems like diaper rash Kindly wash the area with fresh water and baby soap And put rash free(zinc oxide ointment ) morning and night Kindly avoid diaper If not able to avoid kindly change diaper often Too much urine in diaper may lead to this
