Also stay away from milk and milk products like cheese, butter, curds. Take vitamin C rich foods. Take amla, turmeric milk once in a day. To the turmeric milk when u add turmeric add a pinch of pepper powder too. Take steam inhalation with Turmeric powder. Stay away from dust.
