All 9 tablet twice a day

Hi.. I am 7 week pregnant.. My doctor prescribed All 9 tablet for vomiting once a day...he told me to take it once in the evening.. Yesterday evening around 6 pm i took the tablet.. As well today morning instead of thyroid tablet i took all 9 again.. Is there any serious issues???
