Alkaline phosphatase high.

Hello doctar, I did LFT,KFT,cbc,and vit d3 test.in the test reports cane out that alkaline phosphatase is 144,pcv 33.9L, triglycerides 220H,total cholesterol 5.45H,BUN 6.85,urea 14.66L,vit D25 hydroxy 10.6L.and from last 15 days a lot mouth ulcer frequently and migraine attack also.is this test outcome are matter of concern.should I consult a doctor.from last 6 months m taking cintadoc capsule.whenever migraine attack is there I take naprosyn 500.i have gerd issue also
