These all are the symptoms of depression, try to talk and share your feeling with somebody who is very close to you. If not than try to engage yourself with a work which very much liked by you. To increase your self-confidence do some productive work. Say "stop" to your negative thoughts whenever they will come in your mind. Remember that You are a valuable member of the society and all these thoughts are part of your irrational thinking.
