I am taking Agastya Rasayanam for dry cough. Can i include non veg in my diet while taking this medicine?

I suggest for the time being don't add, because during any infection ,the body gets weak and it weakens the metabolism.

If you take nonveg(apathy )while taking Agastya rasayana it reduce the effect of  the drug .

First of all if you are suffering from dry cough u need aam pachan...stop taking any rasayan and focus on your diet! Nomveg shouldn't be including in diet as it is heavy to digest will disturb the agni and increase your cough!

Sitopaladi with ghee is better option. Non veg, specially mutton soup will help if it is chronic dry cough
