I am experiencing another menstrual cycle just one week after my previous one. Fortunately, I am not experiencing any irritation or pain in the pelvic region. What should I do?

Get a ultrasound, thyorid profile,cbc and Prolactin levels. You should also get yourself examined to rule out any local cause of bleeding

Bleeding before 21 days counting from day one of the periods is not normal you need investigations to find out the reason you can connect for the list of investigations required
