All day work... I m feel very tired.pls give some ayurvedic medicin for this problem .without any side effect

Take healthy foods. Exercise regularly. And expose yourself to sunlight daily for 10-15 mins. Do a 25-OH Vit D3 test and consult online with reports. Also take some vitamin supplementation for few days.
