Hello doctor, after surgical abortion how many days bleeding going on and after that when my first periods will start?

The number of days the bleeding lasts after a surgical abortion is equal to the number of weeks that  the duration of pregnancy was at the time of abortion . So if your pregnancy was 8 weeks then you will have bleeding for 8 days after the abortion. The next period will come 5-6 weeks after the abortion.
