After HSG test effect

Hi, i took HSG test on my (11th day of the cycle) and i noticed slight bleeding on the same day and then it stopped today(on 14th day i noticed again blood clots bleeding) is this normal or this is a concern. Also from yesterday (on 13th day ) i started taking clingen forte tablet for my vaginal infection. I would like to know the reason behind my bleeding.
