After d and c procedure

Had D and C procedure to remove the tissue after taking abortion pills on 9th Nov. Had some cramps after 11 days. Did not last longer. On 2nd of this month started experiencing breast pain after which periods started on 4th. This period seem to be long as it is still going on. Initially it was thick and clot like. I still get some blood . Is it ok?

Do ultrasound pelvis to rule out any retained products of conception
