Hi all After recovered from COVID now getting gas and light headache with head spin . Head spin is not regularly.

It's post covid symptoms. Many people have this weakness , headache,giddiness etc. Don't worry. Drink plenty of water(hydrate yourself) and eat properly (at the correct time)
