THERE IS NO NEED FOR ALL PEOPLE TO TAKE TAB ECOSPIRIN 75 MG DAILY --AFTER RECOVERY FROM COVID. YOU MAY TAKE NUTRITIOUS FOOD ; TAKE ENOUGH REST ; AVOID PHYSICAL EXHAUSTION; HAVE A DISCIPLINED LIFE ; HAVE 8 HOUR OF SLEEP DAILY ;AVOID UNNECESSRY OUTTINGS;CROWDS;JOURNEYS ETC .; TAKE 12-15 GLASSES OF GOOD WATER DAILY ; MAINTAIN POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH BY GOOD THINKING AND HELPFUL ACTIVITIES. REDUCE NEGATIVE MENTAL ENERGY LIKE FEAR;ANXIETY ;ANGER;JEALOUSY ;HATRED ETC BY BECOMING LITTLE PHILOSOPHICAL REGARDING LIFE. TAKE PLENTY OF FRESH VEGETABLES ;FRUITS; A GLASS OF MILK DAILY ;ONE EGG DAILY;; HAVE FISH CURRY LIKE THAT OF SARDIN . AVOID ALCOHOL;SMOKING ;OVER THE COUNTER DRUGS.
