AFI is 5.8 at 29.4 weeks

Today I went for a scan at 29.4 weeks. AFI was 5.8 today. Before 7 days AFI was 10.6. within a week AFI is reduced. Doctor prescribed arg 9 twice a day. She asked me to come after 4 days to recheck. What should I do now? Should I get admitted? I am taking labet 100mg twice a day. I started BP medicine before pregnancy itself. Please find the attached scan report

At 29 weeks it is too low an AFI Yes you definitely need asmission Reason would  be high blood pressure
