Tooth paste does not matter....its the technique of brushing really matters...Avoid using gel type of tooth paste which will damage your enamel much.....use fluoridated tooth paste if you dont have flurosis....Do regular brushing twice daily... use mouth rinse twice daily after food....Do regular flossing after brushing.....

Hey its not the toothpaste that really matters.its the brushing technique that should be right to maintain healthy teeth.prefer cream based over gel based toothpaste.use medium/soft toothbrush.massage gums also.floss regularly.remember to brush at night
