For all the dentists out there, which toothpaste do you guys recommend? FYI, I had my RCT done last year.

All toothpastes are good . Brush your teeth twice daily . Regular dental checkup .
Next Steps
Do flossing ,avoid sticky and carbonated drinks .

Hello sir.... Tooth paste does not matter....its the technique of brushing really matters...Avoid using gel type of tooth paste which will damage your enamel much.....use fluoridated tooth paste if you dont have flurosis....Do regular brushing twice daily... use mouth rinse twice daily after food....Do regular flossing after brushing.....

Hey its not the toothpaste that really matters.its the brushing technique that should be right to maintain healthy teeth.prefer cream based over gel based toothpaste.use medium/soft toothbrush.massage gums also.floss regularly.remember to brush at night

Hi Just like every skin needs a different foundation , the same applies to the tooth as well. There are n number of pastes Available in n the market ( eg for whitening, bleeding gums, sensitivity, pediatrics etc) . So it's better to get a check up done to know the best suited toothpaste for you.
