Treadmill is absolutley fine. You can do all exercises your body is used to till the pregnancy gets confirmed.
Jaggery powder is fine in mild amounts.
Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits daily.
Take high protein diet
Avoid sweets, junk and oily foods.
Exercise daily for an hour .
