I am having mild l4-l5 disc bulge and l5-s1 diffuse disc bulges with annular fissure. I need to travel 40kms including up and down in city with traffic. I need advice on which one should use a bike or scooty. I can't afford a car. public transport travelling time is high. I took the 3hrs journey. Kindly advise which one should use a bike or scooty.

I would advise bike as it has better comfort compared to scooty .But be cautious and avoid sudden jerks ,although it is better to avoid it till you recover completely.

I will advice to take maximum possible rest and avoid driving 2 wheeler for 4 weeks and if necessary use lumbosacral corset while driving. Use back support if you are doing a white collar job while sitting for long hours Thank you
Next Steps
consult an orthopaedic surgeon for proper treatment

And lastly kilometers not matter ,duration of driving matters here.. Try to take an accommodation near to you work place is best thing to avoid all unnecessary stuff
