Visit dentist /pedodontist for further clinical examination & radiographic investigation to evaluate the exact condition of root of the milk teeth i.e whether resorbed or not . & get it extracted if the roots of milk teeth are in a good condition.
Also , I noticed ,there is deep cavity in the molar tooth of lower jaw of left side .get it corrected by treatment as per the examination.

Get the milk teeth extracted at the earliest so that the erupted permanent teeth come into their normal position . If you delay it, permanent teeth will come in abnormal position and lead to malalignment which you will have to later correct using orthodontic treatment..

Get the front four milk teeth extracted asap.
If only centre two teeth are extracted there won't be enough space for them to move to their right place, thereby it may cause rotated position of the teeth(a form of malocclusion).
once the space is cleared up with constant tongue pressure the backwardly erupted teeth will be easily able to occupy their actual space in the arch.
