Hi, Adenoids are something similar to tonsills but are located behind your nose. So normally they are not visible from the mouth. They can be seen directly through the nose with the help of endoscope or with indirectly the help of X-Ray. As far as your symptoms are concerned and the images that you have uploaded it doesn't look like adenoids symptoms. Moreover your tonsills and throat also looks normal. Nasal congestion on getting up in the morning can be due to sleeping directly under cool breez of air. And dryness of mouth can be due to mouth breathing while in sleep. As a home remedy I will suggest you to try steam inhalation twice daily for few days. Don't worry it's nothing serious. However if your problem persists or you have any other query please do consult online.
