My child is suffering from frequent cold from last 6 months and this march doctor suggested me to take an x-ray in which Adenoid hypertrophy grade 3 to 4 is detected. He had 3-4 times fever in these 6 months and he goes to school as well. Also in the xray it was mentioned as. Prominent tonsilar shadow noted. Doctor suggested me to use a spray for 14 days and along with this he also prescribed LT mont syrup.  2 months back he had breathing issues and used to snore. My child doesn't snore or doesn't sleep with open mouth and currently there are no breathing issues. Everywhere I hear a read the doctor is only suggesting for removal of surgery, please suggest if there is an alternative way I can help my kid to get his adenoids shrinked naturally with out surgery.
