Wait for 2 years If no improvement Get it operated

Continue nasal spray for 6 months. Repeat x ray. After that we can decide.

Continue the steroid nasal sprays for 6 months, then repeat Digital X-Ray of Nasopharynx to ascertain size of adenoids. This will guide your Doctor on right course of action.

Continue same treatment it will subside by medication and by the age

Wait for atleast a year till u go for surgery Continue steroids nasal spray
