My daughter has enlarge adenoid .repeated. Cold and snoring since 2 month .report is attached doctor said it mild no need of surgery.spray is given for month.is it really mild . surgery is needed in this case? Now it's been 20 days Im using Spray only 60percentage snoring is reduced. does it subside with age

Wait till 7 yrs of age As it regress by itself Advised fr doing pursed lip breathing More effort of breathing thru nose Use momentasone nasal spray 2 puff bd It it cure If persist fr more than 7 yrs of age then surgery advised only otherwise not
