My daughter is diagnosed with adenoid hypertrophy. She is 5 years old. She is getting frequent cold and cough. Doctor advised to do surgery. Adenoid size is 2.4x2.2 cm. Will it be curable using medicines without surgery.Kindly suggest

Good evening Does she have breathing difficulty or nasal bleed? Does she snore at night ? How s her school performance? Hearing is fine? Needed full history for further management thank you
