Hi... I have personally worked on several such young adults who went through such issues and sometimes came to a breaking point in their lives but what matters here is whether they come for a therapeutic session or not. Whether they are open to just talk and discuss. Whether there is anyone who can assure their presence in the initial sessions or not. Please get this straight, no one can help someone who is unwilling to get better but if even they just come for a 45 min. session every week for 15-20 such sessions, a lot can be achieved and the severity of such situation can be brought down to minimum.
