Acute upper respiratory infection can stay for months. Is it true? I don't see any improvement despite consulting doctor thrice - including one specialist at practo. Can it be bacterial infection? Will it ever resolve by itself?

Acute infection means ..for 3weeks only... Subacute 3wks-3months...after that it become chronic...make it clear If it has become chronic..youmay need few test
