What do / I have pimple and pimple marks dark spot red spot and pigmentation on forehead and around chin. What should I do can I use retinoid 0.05%for pimple and for dark spot and red spot vicco turmeric and aloe vera gel etc will help so I think should I use? I m of 18yrs old.

Please consult a dermatologist. Do not apply home remedies. Do not pick up your pimples as they will increase pigmentation marks and can cause scarring. Use non comedogenic moisturizer and sun protection. You can use retino 0.05% cream with gradually increasing duration of application followed by moisturization to avoid dryness.
