I have lot of acne issue on my face not only that my skin is very sensitive if I try any new clothes I get rashes in my hands

U have allergy to certain clothing material. U could observe that personally or get a patch testing in nearby clinic. Allergic symptoms can be controlled by proper antihistamines. Acne is also treatable. Send photos for proper evaluation.
