ACL TEAR of both knees

Hey first picture is of MRI LEFT KNEE and Second one is for MRI RIGHT KNEE. Please suggest the best possible Management for the same. There is a lot of Pain and injury happened while doing aerobics 15 days back. Is is possible to heal this by medical management and surgery could be avoided by any chance

Both are grade 1 ACL Sprain. treatment is mostly conservative. Static Quadriceps Exercises needs to be done to strengthen knee.
Next Steps
Depending on the response, Addition of PRP. may be considered. ( purely optional). Knee for the moment. should be immobilised in a Knee immobilizer. for 4 weeks. Both in your case.

There may not be the need for acl surgery but your buckled PCL may require some attention. But it is too early in the day. Give rest with brace, restore movement, make the muscles strong. There can be an element of patellofemoral joint alignment, commonly overlooked, that can give pain.

Your mri suggests Gr 1 tear of both knee acl..and its acute You should rest from any physical activity Take some analgesics and anti edema medicines Use knee brace while walking for 2weeks and get physiotherapy started after inflammation settles Build your hamstring muscles and you should be fine
