ACL tear and metatarsal fracture

It's been a month my mother got metatarsal fracture and ACL tear..she is recovering...but when doing slr she is not able to initiate the movement.. with assistance she can ..what can be done?

Her muscle power should be assessed by a physiotherapist. With that assessment it is possible to rule out the cause for not able to initiate the movement and also exercises can be suggested.

As you mentioned metatarsal fracture & ACL tear but recovered nice... now your next step is exercise.... 1. Knee & ankle isometric exercise. 2. Knee flexion & extension with heel dragging. 3. One leg standing but after 7days. 4. Ankle-toe pump movement. 5. Leg finger movements (flexion extension)
