Hello there....well there are 2 rehab protocols for ACL rehab...one is the clinical and other is sports/Activity specific..... usually by my experience a young lad like u should be playing competitive football at the end of six months...but dont worry....maybe u need a sports specific physio training ....also a detail assesement needs to be done on you again....so as to chart out the new rehab programme.... i would need to know what exactly is your fitness level right now..how many squats/ jumps you can do without feeling pain....also the strength in your quads/hams and calf muscle.
