A c l partial thickness tear before 3 months I am doing phyoe but now also it is paining while sitting and while sitting in Indian toilets while walking and all

Partial thickness tears usually do well with physio unless symptomatically unstable. Pain while squating and sitting would be more likely to be due to meniscus or patella (knee cap).
