1. Full thickness tear means total tear. Near complete tear mean some fibres are still attached. 2. You Canaveral without a ACL but you might encounter difficulty (instability) on uneven surface or soft surfaces like sand. 3 Try conservative treatment for 4-6 weeks, post that if you have pain or instability then opt for surgery. 4. Post arthroscopy you will have a stable and reliable knee. Post conservative, knee performance and strength are unknown.
