While playing My knee got twisted. The MRI reports says "ACL completely Torn" and lateral ligaments also have effect. One of the consultant told me surgery is mandatory. I would like to know the exact status f my knee and is surgery is mandatory or not

If ACL torn completely means grade 3 tear then definately you have to undergo operative measures otherwise it may lead to overload other structures around knee . It's preoperative habilitation and post operative habilitation are very important aspects.
